FORM 18(b) Application to Compete in a Sport Fishing Event

All vessels participating in the tournament must fill out Form 18(b), which covers the captain, crew and vessel ONLY. This is $110. If the boat holds an annual license either sportfish or pleasure, it does not have to pay the $110 but must still fill out the form. A copy of the annual license must be attached to waive the $110 fee.

An ANNUAL license of either class (sportfish or pleasure) covers the people listed on their original application listing only.. All other anglers must have a 30-day license.

FORM 20(a) Application for Pleasure Fishing License (30 day license)

All ANGLERS over the age of 18 years must possess a thirty day license which is valid for the time period covering this tournament on the boat they are angling on or fill out Form 20(a) which is $45.

Form 20(a) must be accompanied by a copy of passport, photo driver’s license, OR a birth certificate and photo ID. The face must be identifiable.

EXEMPTIONS to Form 20(a)

1. Captain and crew which are covered under 18(b) or an annual license

2. Observers put on your boat for judging purposes, photographers, people under 18 years of age or “ride alongs” if they do not fish in any capacity.
